Meet Leah Bookhamer, NTP, RWP


I'm a regular person doing everyday things. I'm a mom, wife, sister, daughter, and entrepreneur, when time allows. I've always had a passion for health and feeling optimal. Unfortunately, my nutritional information came from uninformed sources thus leading me into the low fat/no fat diet fad causing cellular degeneration - I have Hashimotos Autoimune Disease. Over the course of many years of searching for the right answers I stumbled upon the Nutritional Therapy Association - upon reading their philosophy I knew I'd found the right path. I quickly enrolled in their course to learn how the body functions with proper nutrition and how it can all go wrong. Finally, my family and I are on the right path and now I spend my free time educating others about the essential foundations for optimal health and wellness. 

What is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional Therapy is a Bio-Individual approach to helping one find balance in their body. Whether you want to fine tune, regain energy, find relief from chronic conditions, or lose weight, I can help you understand what your body needs for balance. There is no "One-Size" fits all!
